Justin Zuccato

Singer/Songwriter Justin Zuccato has stepped out on his own with his new solo release “She’s To Kill a Mockingbird.” Playing every instrument on the album, Zuccato’s talent, focus and drive comes from a long history of dedication to music and songwriting.

Since the age of 11 years old, Zuccato knew he wanted to be a muscian. Hailing from Woodslee Ontario, he began refining his craft through playing local shows with friends from school. This led to forming and fronting his first band, Pulp City Inn, in highschool. Their success was immediate.

At a time when most bands were still strumming out covers in their parent’s garage, Zuccato was touring with his band, opening for national headlining acts such as Default, Theory of a Deadman and My Darkest Day, and even appearing on the television show “Canada’s Got Talent.” That band gave Zuccato an incredible amount of experience both on stage, and in the industry.

Now, with years of experience under his belt, Zuccato has embarked on a new road on his own, with songs that somewhat stray from the sound of his former band. He has set out to forge his own sound. With clear influences from Canadian rock greats like Big Wreck, to lyrical and melodic sounds akin to the Barenaked Ladies, Zuccato adds a novel and unique approach to song writing that will lead him to continued success.
