Josh MF Hampton

Josh MF Hampton is a true chameleon of an artist that you do not want to overlook!  The journey of life, in Josh’s case, has provided him insight from many perspectives.  His story begins humbly, as he was the first born son of a poor, God fearing couple trying to make their way in the world. Josh grew up in many childhood homes in Arkansas, Wyoming, Alaska and Oklahoma throughout his childhod. He left home at age 16, joined the military as soon as he could, and had the honor of becoming a combat veteran In Iraq and Afghanistan following 9-11. In 2004, immediately following his military term, Josh went to work in the oil fields all across the United States to provide for his son. In 2018, Josh left his corporate executive position at a large oilfield company in order to focus on personal ventures. 
Throughout his life, Josh found an escape only in his music.  At the age of 7 he wrote and composed his first song. By age 14 he was an accomplished pianist and drummer. By 20 he was producing beats, writing and recording various genres of songs.  By 25 he had learned to play the guitar and the bass. By age 26 he had assembled a professional grade home studio and was quickly learning full scale music production and mastering.  Josh has sought to continually learn and continually improve his artistry, song writing and production skills and stage presence. Amazingly, Josh is truly a “one-man band.”  He writes his own lyrics, composes a great deal of his own music, exclusively records and produces his own tracks, and usually, he masters his own music as well. Josh has limitless range in the sector of genres and has received accolades for his songs of trap rap, conscience Hip Hop, blues, folk, acoustic rock, red dirt country, southern gospel, Christian and blended varieties of these listed.
