Formed by Joe Everett in the fall of 2014, The Jazz Alchemists are a band of Berklee College of Music students who have entered the world to spread their unique concoction of Jazz. This sound is a chemical reaction of post be-bop (think 60's combos of Miles Davis and John Coltrane), fusion, Afro-cuban and other Latin styles, some traditional swing and blues, and a teaspoon of rock. The band is led by the bassist (Joe Everett) and can vary from a trio to a quintet including: drums, bass, guitar, piano and tenor saxophone. Looking to play anywhere in the Boston area for your lovely audience.
