He is from mobile alabama and is looking to make his dream become a reality by pursuing what makes him Jesse The Outlaw Howard and by loving his music so much he has what it takes with friends and family to help him jesse is a nice caring person who would help anyone in his power he never lets nothing to get to him he is always got a smile on his face to show who he is his music is life and always will be. Music has been apart of his whole life and nothing seemed to much for him he keeps going on and on to show his love and his passion and his dream no matter what Jesse will always play to show everyone that dreams do come true if you try and be who you are your dreams can come true to if you believe in your self and in your heart and soul you just have to work hard and have patience in your work so never give up what you love and want to show the world.
