Jeremiah Akin and the Bards are a charismatic new four-piece from Moscow, ID specializing in catchy yet contemplative songs with clever lyrics. Their sound has been described as a reinvention of alternative rock that sounds simultaneously familiar and new.
The band came together in August of 2013 for the release of Akin's, sophomore album, "From Mercury to Cupid," and debuted in November of 2013 at the zombie-themed release party. Since then, things have been clicking into place. The music has been getting rave reviews, and the band has been gaining a strong following. They plan on branching out to more flannel-clad followers throughout the Pacific Northwest in the summer and fall of 2014.
