Bio
Jaron Jammer is musician local to Tampa, Florida.
After spending seven years playing bass guitar with an eight-piece psychedelic funk band, he slowly began recording his own music. In 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic, he released his first EP entitled "Jungle" with the help of friends at a local music studio ("House Records"). The EP's six songs all have their own sound, ranging from live swamp funk to ambient bedroom psychedelia to Gothic waltzing country.
During the pandemic shut down, he spent his free time working on the next project: his first full album release entitled "Alien". The 7-song album is more sonically cohesive than "Jungle" and features more confessional lyrics. Most of "Alien" was recorded alone in his home studio, while a few of the songs date back to 2016 when he just began recording his own music.
Jaron also plays guitar with the psychedelic rock group House of I and drums with indie rock band Sorry Barb. Along with 3-5 other musicians, he currently plays both original and covered material when he's not busy with the other two bands.
