Born and raised in Houston, TX, Chyle got her first taste of mainstream success as one half of the hip hop duo 2Agrrivated. Upon signing their first record deal, it quickly became apparent that Chyle couldn’t thrive within the strict confines of the group, leading her to break free and pursue a solo career. She moved to the hip hop mecca of Atlanta where she continued diligently honing her craft. Her increasingly sophisticated mix of R&B, soul, pop, and rap made her a regular on the Atlanta club scene. Her momentum was just reaching a crescendo when a streak of bad luck led to her taking five years off from music.

Where a weaker artist may have called it quits, Chyle slowly put herself back together, transforming heartbreak into her most beautiful music yet. She set off for Los Angeles, performing at the cities legendary clubs and reigniting her passion for music. Her music now had a hard earned wisdom that reflected the struggles she had gone through, and the sheer grit and determination required to continue pursing the dream. Her hard work didn’t go unnoticed, with tracks “Lose Myself,” and “Warrioress,” receiving critical acclaim and charting in the top ten of national airplay charts, establishing her as a mainstay in California and beyond.
