IH8

IH8 is from Arlington, TX, driven by passion to express themselves through honest, hard-hitting lyrics and heavy rhythmic grooves. With influences in the Nu/Groove/Prog Metal genres, IH8 transitions into rhythmic cleans to further escalate the music into a journey of strength and trials. IH8 has performed in multiple prestigious and well-known venues in the DFW area including Reno's Chop Shop, The Ridglea Theater, The Rail Club Live, The Haltom Theatre, Tomcats and many others, as well as Come and Take It Live in Austin, TX, and Fitzgeralds' in San Antonio, TX. IH8 has also opened for the national act Hed (p.e.) and continues to push for opportunities to perform with many others!

The debut album "Despite the Death," independently released by IH8, has been shared on many streaming platforms such as Pandora, Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music and many others and continues gain momentum. Music videos for "Alpha" and "Anarchist" have been released on YouTube and shared on Facebook as well.IH8 also actively connects with fans through other social media outlets such as Instagram, Snapchat, Twitch and TikTok, keeping them up to date on live performances, merch and the writing process. Since the release of their first album, IH8 has continued to write new music with plans to release singles for promoting a powerful follow-up album. Through the use of lyrical writing that directly pertains to trials many face in today's society and instrumental creativity that directly attacks raw emotion, IH8 reaches out to fans of all walks of life.
