Black has recently earned himself some production credits on projects from Larry June and Clay James, so it seems only a matter of time that OG.eniu$ will find similar success. Their latest finds its strength in a memorable auto-tuned vocal performance, complimenting its skeletal beat perfectly.

OG.ENIU$ are a Woodbridge, VA duo made up of of Hugo Black and El Screwup. While Hugo will often handle the production on their records, their latest submission, "Lit," is a collaboration with K Swisha, who if you've ever fallen into a SoundCloud rap whole by way Madeintyo or Lil Yachty, you've definitely come across at some point. The producer was behind "Uber Everywhere," and bright, ethereal sound is a strangely perfect challenge for the OG.ENIU$ vocalists, who rise to the occasion for a catchy number that might be their most immediately satisfying record yet. You may know OG.ENIU$ as a duo, but with the launch of OG.ENIU$ Records the Virginia collective is now made up of Hugo Black, El Screwup, Charlie Fade, and Author Mansion. "After Hours" fits into the sedated R&B-influenced wave of rap we've seen come out of Toronto recently, with Hugo Black's instrumental conjuring up a dark, intoxicating atmosphere. Still, the song doesn't coast solely off mood, as the two vocalists bring their melodic A-game, proving that their songwriting is as strong as their aesthetic choices.

The duo made up of Hugo Black and El Screwup have shared a new song from their most recent project, AntiSocial 3, hosted by DJ Grady and DJ Flatline. The record finds them trying out some sweet R&B melodies over a delicate guitar backdrop, punctuated by some heavy drum programming. The instrumental once again comes courtesy of Hugo Black himself, and works together with the duo's strong vocal performance to make for a trap ballad that's just as impressive as anyone else doing this style currently.
