At age 58, Nancy Kelly is doing something she always wanted to do … be the lead singer in a rock band.
Nancy (shown in the photo with her 5-month-old grandson, Dean) goes by the stage name of CeCe Kelly.
Her band, Hot Flash, has regular gigs at Uncle Sam’s in Vero Beach (Saturday afternoons) and Little Jimmy’s Marina in Fort Pierce (Wednesday afternoons).

Hot Flash was a little surprised when they were named runner up in the Port St Lucie Fall Festival band contest in 2018. CeCe's stage presence delighted the audience while Eric and John kept the music pumping. Formed in 2017, they play classic rock, focusing on deep tracks. Some female country, 80s hits and originals keep the audience dancing.
