Honeydew u Love Me? is a collaborative indie folk-rock group created by Sam Nelson and Joey Hanks. The two met while studying at Berklee College of Music, instantly clicked, and decided to build off their friendship by publishing music together. Honeydew u love me? introduces a captivating and unique approach to indie folk music. incorporating unconventional elements in its mixing and mastering process. Joey Hanks has spent years self-producing in many genres. This, paired with the poetic, storytelling lyricism of Sam Nelson, makes for a refreshing new sound. their lyrics lead to contemplative, introspective songs that not only allow listeners to sympathize, but empathize with the piece.
