Growing up without a car in 'the bottoms' of Virginia, Jarris Perkins set his sights on greatness and became GodKing June. His story is a true testament to 'gettin it out the mud.' His message reflects his belief: "ambition is what dreams are made of'. He hopes to inspire individuals to realize the fullness of their own capabilities and become great as well.
As a marine war veteran, the King brings an intensity and tenacity to the track unlike any other. Seasoned by his former street life, GodKing June is a delectable delight to the ears and eyes. Years filled with performances have given him the polish of an experienced stage presence. His charm and clever wit give him the ability to engage audiences across the board. Ever one to rise to the occasion, GodKing June is a dynamic display of talent.
Shortly before moving to Chattanooga, TN in 2021, June launched Marijuana Advocate, a lifestyle brand with a mission as the name suggests. Veterans and professionals- anyone, should be allowed to use ‘weed’ without the fear of negative backlash.
