Bio
A composer, pianist, singer, and songwriter; Giovanni Smith is a well-rounded musician with and immense amount of musical experience. After spending years learning the piano, Giovanni quickly took up singing and songwriting. He has studied under wonderful musicians at Orange Coast College, and plans to continue his education at a Cal State or University. Giovanni is a member of Pi Rho Sigma, the music honors society at OCC. He is also a member of the OCC Chamber Choir, as well as the tenor section leader of the OCC Chorale. Giovanni loves so many musical genres, but he has a huge amount of admiration for the style of rock. He has performed rock hits such as Take Me To The Pilot, I'm Still Standing, Rock and Roll Madonna by Elton John & Bernie Taupin, and a plethora of other songs from other brilliant rock artists. Giovanni has started to explore the genre of rock, and has experience in songwriting.
