Continuing to support their 2019 collaborative LP Grace and Alchemy, Midwest MC G. Huff and Southern spitter Lena Jackson release a remix for the standout “Another Dead Rapper” featuring the iconic Brownsville duo M.O.P.
With Statik Selektah adding his spin to the iLLBrown produced song, the remix doesn’t just build on the aggressive energy of the original — it cranks the dial.
“The energy and aggression were already apparent on the original, so it’s only right the masters of aggression came through to enhance this joint and make it a whole other experience,” Lena Jackson said via statement.
Huff adds, “‘Another Dead Rapper’ was one of those pivotal album cuts and people I respect like DJ Premier spun it heavily … we wanted to get M.O.P because there is no greater duo with their level of chemistry. Spitting alongside them proves we’re an elite rap duo ourselves.”

G.Huff, of Youngstown, Ohio, and Lena Jackson, of Raleigh, North Carolina. are the newest duo to burst on the scene with their debut single and video "Laila Ali, Mike Tyson.". The hard-hitting jam is produced by Chicago rap mainstay ILL Brown and is chock full of verbal body shots and haymakers. The two underground emcees pull absolutely no punches on the track as they fully personify the two legends of boxing's modern era. They've been putting in serious work these past few years and you can hear their hustle and passion in the bars.
The duo delivers a barrage of lyrical knockouts on the SceneAmatiX directed visuals which show them in their element with scenes from a training session to buttress the point. Hardly do we hear or see these type of collaborations and from the onset, you can feel the chemistry between both emcees who really love what they do. - EARMILK
