George And The Good Vibes
The music of George and The Good Vibes is a global dish - rich in flavors and marinated in influences from the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America.
The band was formed in 2010 by Tomer George Cohen , but it wasn't until 2013 that the Good Vibes released their first, self titled album.
Afrobeat horns, Latin Jazz scales and hard hitting polyrhythmic grooves are most evident in the band's eclectic sound. The majority of the compositions are original and written by band leader Tomer George Cohen, Ilan Arad, Ben Danzig and W.T.Woodley .
The bands line up consists of no less than15 members: a drummer, 2 percussionists, bass, keys, and 10 horn players.
Although the band's core members are always present, the sum of the group's parts is constantly changing and it's lineup is elastic. On stage, one can expect a tight front of blazing horns backed by furious percussions and held together by the rest of the master instrumentalists, delivering a dense mixture of sounds.
Attracting some of the scene's most dominant talents to their gigs, their extraordinary shows send the audience into a frenzy.
The band is currently working on their second album to be released independently on the band's own imprint .
Whether on record or on stage, through the clubs speakers or your hi fi system - the dynamic, multi cultural and eclectic sounds that is George and The Good Vibes are hard to resist.

Israel . between 2000-2008 , worked with W.T.Woodley (Trinidad) and Ben Danzig(Israel) ,
As a trio (Kalja) , playing Caribbean orientated music .
In 2010 joined Hillary Sargeant (Trinidad) project Fanga , and produced together the
Fanga EP, which contains compositions and arrangements of George with Hillary Sargeant.
In 2010 formed George And The Good Vibes . A 15 musicians band with a big rhythm section
And a massive horn section. George is the Band leader / composer / arranger , of the band .
In december 2012 George And The Good Vibes launch their debut cd .
