General Ed. is a young bluesy rock and roll band founded by two songwriting brothers Michael and Gabriel Godwin based in Riverside County in southern California. They consist of 4 members: Michael Godwin (Vocalist/Guitarist); Gabriel Godwin (Guitarist); Jorge Castro (Drummer); and Anthony Rodriguez (Bassist). General Ed. grew up on classic rock and roll and blues music and their mission is to make catchy, entertaining, and exciting new rock music of their own while having the time of their lives performing it for as many people as possible. For General Ed. everyday is a blessing and an opportunity to not only improve as musicians and songwriters, but also as individuals. Rock and roll music is our passion; spreading peace and kindness with the world is our motto.
