"A Friend Names Jesus," written by our drummer, fuses classic rock and gospel. "Amazing Grace" is our arrangement of a favorite hymn, building in dynamics and intensity. "Walk With Me" is our rocked up arrangement of an old Spiritual. "Do" was written by our keyboard player and features a unique piano solo intro and a jazzy theme on two favorite Bible stories. Pam Camp is a super singer. She is in the Fort Smith Arkansas Musicians Hall of Fame, and rightly so. Her dynamics are incredible. A beautiful voice, she can belt it out! Whether it is gospel, rock, country, or pop, she can do it all. You can check her out at Pam Camp Music.
Joy Nance-Johnson is well known as one of the best gospel singers in St. Louis. Her expression and improvisation are second to none. She even has her own following! The kids at Epworth stood in line for her autograph after the show! We are privileged to have her with us. She is always singing at women's conferences, special events, you name it.
Art Ruprecht is accomplished on guitars, fiddle, mandolin -- anything strings. His latest album, "Cast Your Care"' had a couple tunes on the Indie and Smooth jazz charts. He has contracts with The Weather Channel and Muzak, and excels at rock, jazz, and even bluegrass. He plays music for a living, and you can check him out at FlameProductions.Net.
Timothy McGimpsey sings lead and plays keys and acoustic guitar. In fact, he can play anything. Producing and playing music is his living. What a unique voice! He is also heavily involved as a Music Director in his Church.
Nancy Ruprecht sings like an angel. Her and husband Art perform as a duo in many places in the St. Louis metro area. Her love for Jesus exudes on the stage, and she is an anointed communicator as well as an excellent vocalist.
Kit West plays keyboards, and electric piano is his specialty. He also plays acoustic guitar, and is another multi-talented member of the band. He writes our charts and composes and arranges as well. He wrote "Do" which you can hear on Jango.com.
Robert Terrell is our bassman. He grooves with the drummer and gets a punch few get. His unique sound and style hits the spot. Robert gets around, and when he's not on the road, he sits in with many different churches.
Vic Venezia plays drums & percussion and does some songwriting. Hard rock is his background; he played Top 40 for a living, has played with an orchestra in Europe and in churches here at home, and loves double bass! Vic wrote "A Friend Named Jesus" which you can purchase online or hear on Jango.com.
