After a journey that can only be explained as a Catastrophic Soliloquy, Friendly Neighborhood decided to bless us from their celestial home of Clayco, GA. Black Bar Misfit a.k.a. Jimmy Misfit and QUEENFRNDLY a.k.a. Dark-skinned Rihanna form the unique duo of Friendly Neighborhood but hail from anything but.
With the humblest of beginnings these two found a way to exploit the influences of their environments and also notes credited to the likes of the God of Everything Music, Michael Jackson, Jimmy Hendrix, Kanye West, OutKast, Kurt Cobain, The Beatles and Jay-Z. They have meshed this influential concoction into a massive amalgam of energy and a positive stand offability, that can only be described as everthing your musical taste buds have been feining for, from Main Staging at A3C 2015, to sharing a stage with Waka Flocka Flame, Cyhi the Prynce and many more notable names, and ripping stage after stage at SXSW 2016. As shown by their latest EP “We Might Break Some Shit,” their sound is bound to with stand the test of time.
