Bio
Born in the year of 1989, May the 19th, the exact birthday as the late Malcolm X. Native to L.A. but was raised in the “City of Champions”, as he calls it, Inglewood, California. Coming up as a youngster, Freddy started off playing basketball and definitely had a love for sports then soon enough found the love for music. His Influences coming up in the world include the great Pac as his main influence and of course Jay-Z. When a new artist emerges to the surface of the rap game the first question asked is “what was the starting point of his idea to start his rapping career?” What made the man get into hip-hop? Good question. When his birthday came around in the 9th grade, his mom purchased tickets to a big Jay-z concert. The Fade to black album was out and Jay was supposed to be retiring at the time. This concert was major in the spark of Freddy I’s career. Watching Jay-Z perform & observing his crowd control sparked a light. Observing the crowds energy, knowing the lyrics word for word set the tone for him. From then on he knew he wanted to pursue music.
