The Frank Knight “I Kno3” song and video is a representation that no one, but you can diminish your light. While there are people in the world, who wish for your downfall, they truly have no power unless you give it to them. You, yourself are the only one with the ability and power to silence your moves. Which is why in the video you can see it showcases several ways we can hurt ourselves. - IndieHipHop.com

The “KNIZZA”, Frank Knight takes us through a series of 1990’s NYC preteen, young adult, nostalgic memories. “Free Lunch” is an ode to the times when mom didn’t leave any money for lunch on a sweltering, summer day. Maneuvering your way across the housing project in a “short-cut” to the nearest Public School, you came across neighborhood rejects and star athletes alike. Knight, an underground star emcee, piles on our plates all the nutrition we need for a well-balanced, indie-audible meal. Hip-hop is hungry for more authenticity and after some deep interpretation of this project, the likely hood that everyone, even most elite of scholars, will vouch that memories were brought back to the “good ol’ days” after one listen! “Free Lunch” is also here to help re-enforce life lessons:
“Don’t lie about your farts/you should never fake funk”
Being a Brooklyn indie-Hiphop artist is more than a “trend”. In order to earn respect and street-cred you need to have an understanding of the paths that are offered to the youth.

Bio
Frank Knight (also known as Knizza or Frank Knizza) is a Hip-Hop Artist/Activist born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Knight is the essence of all the powerful souls in ghettos worldwide. Knight uses his Hip-Hop artistry and influence to convey the message of hope, self determination and love to express the stories of all the impoverished low income individuals from all corners of the world. Frank Knight has been featured on The Source, Hot 97, Hip-Hop DX, and much more.
While growing up seeing multiple sides of life in the multicultural diverse New York City, Knight decided he wanted to be more than just another person who did for self. Knight wanted to be a positive impact on his community, and the lives of all those who live in similar conditions in every place in the world. Frank truly took it upon himself to be a man of the people, and reflect their struggles and joy throughout his music, which are his own struggles and triumphs as well. Knight has collaborated with a variety of non profit organizations and fundraisers such as the DazeSummit to provide opportunities to raise money to go towards the scholarship of graduating High-School students embarking on their college journey.
In February of 2015 Frank Knight recently released his debut project with producer "The Gonz" titled; “Free Lunch” which depicts the tales of his life and influences in the late 90's - early 00's, but in that same respect it’s an ode to Hip-Hop culture and the people who raised/inspired him during that time period. In 2016 Frank Knight released the single “I Kno3” which has been revered by many as a song that is a riveting story of Frank’s childhood growing up and growing from his mistakes. In October of 2018 Frank released the project “Ghetto Psalms of The Knight”, produced by Rediculus. G.P.K. is a project that expresses the rage and aggression of a inner city child growing up and witnessing a world around him, which he feels is one that doesn’t appreciate him or his people. Knowing this it inspires him to just unleash all he feels and all he is.
Frank Knight’s music isn’t just his music, it’s our music and our story as individuals and beings of endless potential journeying to make our statement. All of Frank’s music is available on all streaming and downloadable platforms.
