Bio
Elise Brown and Steve Witt are an American singer-songwriter duo based in Northern California. Topanga girl meets East Bay boy. Elise and Steve are refreshingly direct with thoughtful, personal stories and tremendous variety in their folk sound, influenced by jazz, classical and other sounds. With Mid-Western and Southern roots, they trade-off on guitar and electric bass, with dashes of other instruments and beautiful harmonies. Their first LP, Storyteller, released in July of 2024, is available on all digital platforms.
