Jacob (born with the government name Todd Anderson) was  born June 12, 1991, in San Diego California. Since child hood Jacob was always involved with music. As a young aspiring artist, his main goal was to have a major record deal - little did he know, years later it would all fall in place. During his life; even until he graduated, Jacob has been to a total of 13 schools, which taught him diversity at an early age which helped craft his music. When Jacob turned 15 he moved to Virginia, which was a whole new world compared to beaches and a palm trees. When Jacob turned 16, he moved to West Virginia and graduated in 2009 being the first graduating class of the newly built school Washington High. Still focusing on his career Jacob bought recording gear and eventually sold it for studio time landing him to record at Grammy Award wining recording studios : Acacia and Cue Recording. Being affiliated with the well known media companies that worked with major recording artist such as Michael Jackson and The Notorious B.I.G. , to India Arie, and Madonna , helped Jacob master the art of his recording and producing. As Jacob keyed to perfecting his craft, he gained a huge exposure with former indie labels, and online radio. From getting a world wide fan base through online radio and media based websites, it helped Jacob reach nearly 3 million music viewers and thousands of fans world wide which landed him to be labeled a "Global" Pop Artist. Upon the success of his music career,Jacob teamed up with The Owner of 2 Hot 2 Heavy's media production company Shawn "DiP" Singh. After teaming up with Shawn and his team, it lead him to get his first FM radio play with the well known Rapper/Radio Host Big -T DaSouthernBoiHr 89.7FM. With the number one ranked college radio station in the nation. It helped Jacob get a huge leap in his career with having a huge college audience. as well as still growing his fans from online radio listeners.
