Founded in 2014 by lead singer/rhythm guitar player Mac Hunt, Eddie Rascal grew and evolved over the following year into a rowdy four piece rock band featuring Robert Smith on drums, Daniel Gadra on bass, and Yaar Hosseini on lead guitar. The band quickly built a catalogue of loud rock influenced songs to match their high-energy performances and chronical life as a few scrubs in Atlanta. Eddie Rascal has been ambitiously sharing their vision, performing at venues in Atlanta and house shows from Atlanta to Athens. Eddie rascal has always loved the Athens music scene and beyond that, the personality of the city itself brings out the best in Eddie Rascal's music. This led to the decision to record the debut EP Esoteric Meandering in Athens, Georgia at The Glow recording studio. After such incredible experiences, the band has been itching to give Athens their absolute best. Coming to a bar or basement near you!
