Reggae is one style that will never go away from the public eye. It may not be on the main radio station but the minute reggae comes on it's doubtful someone will change the channel whether they're 50, 18 or 12 years old, reggae will always be loved. Dry Reef is a new reggae feeling group from PA. I spotted them over on GMAD and they impressed me right away. Today we wanted to start back our “Submisson of the Day” series and give you the first installment from Fort Washington, PA group Dry Reef. Here they release the visuals for the single “Bus Stop Dreamer” and was kind enough to let the track go for FREE. This group has such a chill vibe its like Slightly Stoopid, Sublime, Bob Marley and G. Love all mashed into one. With a bunch of music under their belt and more to come I can definitely see these guys blow up pretty quickly. The latest out of Philadelphia, Dry Reef brings a Rock-Reggae-Jamtastic sound that will put you on your feet. With a five-song EP available on iTunes, multiple singles, and a live album, Dry Reef always puts on a show with a jam-packed setlist that refuses to disappoint. They consistently bring a rowdy fan base out to every show, whether the Theater of Living Arts (TLA) in June 2013, The Note, World Cafe Live Main Stage, The Blockley, The Water Tower and their SOLD OUT shows at the Tin Angel and World Caf Live Upstairs stage. Only in their early college years, "The Reef" is ready to break into the scene in a big way with their captivating sound that just makes you want to let go and groove!
