Nationally rising, three time Urban Threshold Underground Music Award nominated Dre GainezZ is shooting toward the stars.Straight from The O ( Oklahoma City ), Dre is kicking down doors and introducing the world to SW Hip Hop. His resume is extensive; writer, recording artist, gaming, community outreach , advocacy; the list continues to grow as Dre's platform is being built.
Dre is currently one of the rising artists on Lydia Harris's Judgment Day Project. Lydia Harris is one of the co-founders of one of the most influential record labels in the history of hip hip, Death Row Records. her new venture is Lydia Harris Entertainment. Dre is also working with Red Storm Entertainment, a Tulsa Ok based entertainment entity whose CEO is Marsha Storm.
His sophomore CD, Project-REPLAY, is receiving buzz in the industry. An article is featured in the Urban Threshold section of Hip Hop Weekly, one of the most respected publications in the industry..
He is also an active and vocal advocate for the legalization of medical cannabis in Oklahoma and nationwide. He is a spokesperson for Talk To The 6630507 Hand Campaign, founded by Amy Hilterban in Colorado. United States Patent 6630507 sites the medical benefits of cannabis, however, cannabis is still listed as a Schedule 1 drug. Talk To The 6630507 Hand Campaign has been established to call attention to the hypocrisy of the United States government via the Drug Enforcement Agency and to push to have medical cannabis legalized.
Dre GainezZ is currently Sr Director of Sales for the Oklahoma Cannabis Expo, scheduled to take place Oct 18th-Oct 20th at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City, Ok, as well as being a speaker at the expo
