Dr. Acula
Long Island, NYDr. Acula began in 2005 and quickly gained momentum in the hardcore and metal scene with their raw, chaotic performances. Pulling influence from all styles of alternate music - hardcore, metal, electronic, and hip hop - Dr. Acula creates a unique sound that doesn't take no for an answer.
Throughout their tenure, Dr. Acula has toured the US dozens of times, in addition to a headlining Mexico tour. They have released 4 full length albums (Victory Records, Uprising/Sony Records), and 2 EPs (Self Released, 187 Records).
Dr. Acula has shared the stage with bands such as GWAR, Between The Buried and Me, A Day To Remember, White Chapel, Devil Wears Prada, Emmure, Cattle Decapitation, and more.
After a 7 year hiatus, Dr. Acula reunited in 2019 to perform 2 sold out shows at Amityville Music Hall and release their first single in almost a decade. They will be performing select shows in 2020, and are currently writing a new full length.
