DOM99, also commonly going by "Dom the Illustrious" and "Chuck Dirty," is a young rapper/producer who has dedicated the vast majority of his life to an undying passion for music. With two full length projects under his belt, along with a multitude of smaller EP's and singles, DOM is constantly working on new musical endeavors and striving to be the hardest working musician in the room. His most recent release, the entirely self-produced and self-engineered "Delmer," was unveiled to the public in February, marking the first DOM99 album to be commercially available on all major streaming platforms. 

Hailing from a small town just west of Atlanta, Georgia, Tony Fulbright had found his heart pulling him toward music from a very young age. Obsessing over the genre of Hip-Hop throughout most of his childhood, he began to regularly write lyrics at the age of ten. By the age of twelve, he had already started to teach himself the art of music production; thirteen saw him beginning to dabble in live instrumentation, taking a liking to the guitar after briefly taking shots at learning both the drums and the bass guitar. What ensued would be years of musical experimentation through multiple different outlets and projects, all eventually culminating into the development of DOM99.
