Dj Rudedawg & The Perfect Angelz

Dj Rudedawg has been in the music scene for the past 20 years, starting out playing in school marching bands. making his first appearance as a DJ in 1996 performing at his cousins birthday party. From there his interest in the art of Djing grew stronger when he started attending underground raves and hanging out with other DJ's in the Drum and Bass scene. Being strongly influenced by Dj Dieselboy and The Planet of the Drums, he decided then that Djing was the life for him. From there he went and started his first group with his best friend Dj Sapo, calling themselves the "Table Hog Crew". They stayed together for three years performing at house parties, local clubs, and the camp grounds of all the major music festivals that came through Northern California.
At one of these festivals in 2001, he first met Blaze1 and had his first guest appearance in The PYRX Band. Not long after that he replaced their DJ and became a permanent member. He then moved to Chico Ca. and began his career as a Professional Musician and Glass Blower. As a member of "The PYRX Band", he reached regional fame on the west coast, doing a number of tours and appearances at music festivals. Most notable shows were second headliner on mainstage at the 2006 Seattle Hempfest, 2007 Vans Warped Tour, 2007 Portland Hempstalk, 2007 20th Anniversary High Times Cannabis Cup, 2008 High Times "Underground Artist of the Year" as a member of "The PYRX Band". During his career in the band he was featured in the History Channel's documentary "Marijuana: A Chronic History", was named "Pot Pro" in the 2007 strains review issue of Heads Magazine, appeared in the 2007 harvest issue of Heads Magazine and artist review in Cannabis Culture Magazine. After six years in the band "Dj Rudedawg" split ways becoming a solo act and formed his dance group, "The Perfect Angelz". SInce late 2008, Dj Rudedawg & The Perfect Angelz have been entertaining and moving audiences everywhere they go. This year in 2013 with the addition of MIss High Times April 2008, Miss Ieisha Valensolo, Dj Rudedawg & The Perfect Angelz will be touring and promoting their debut album, "Dj Rudedawg Presents: Rudestep - Get Famous or Die Tryin". Combining Hip Hop and Dubstep, Dj Rudedawg will producing his original songs with guest appearances from vocalist in Northern California's Hip Hop and Rap scene.
