We’ve been getting emails over the past year asking when we’re going to feature DJ’s on our site…Well we have answered your requests, and you aren’t going to be disappointed. Indeproducer.com has had the chance to listen to a lot of independent DJ’s lately, but none caught our ear quite like our featured artist.
This city of Boston has blessed us with many great musicians from Aerosmith to James Taylor, New Edition to New Kids on the Block, The Lemonheads to ..well Boston, and the late great Rich Cronin (LFO..u know, the Abercrombie n Fitch joint). But one thing Boston doesn’t get recognized for is DJ’s ( at least not like NYC, LA, Miami, & Chicago). However, don’t ever underestimate the power of BeanTown!


IndeProducer’s featured artist goes by the name of Northwest Noise. Originally from Missoula, Montana but moved to Boston, Northwest Noise has developed as an artist and landed gigs across the nation including the 2012 Vans Warped Tour. He started DJing at the age of 13 & would borrow his parent's stereo equipement to throw dance parties throughout his high school years. When he went to college at the University of Montana, Northwest Noise was hired by 2 different strip clubs and eventually went on to become a highly rated wedding DJ.
He credits his biggest influences as being Fedde Le Grand, Avicii, Girl Talk, and Knife Party...and as for his style, he is a "party rock" DJ that loves to read a crowd and drop anything from house to dubstep to mashups to top 40 and beyond.
A DJ with so much passion for the art, it is exposed through every pound of the kick drum. Through word of mouth, we heard about Northwest Noise & were instantly blown away by the talent. And that was only what we heard mixed on wax! But don’t take my word for it, just go ask one of the tens of thousands of club goers across Boston and the entire U.S!
