We all hold ourselves to a certain standard. No matter the
line of work we all expect something out of ourselves to be a certain quality.
When it comes to DJ AU he holds himself to the quality that is in his name.
Gold.
In every set, song, and anything with his name on it you can expect the best he
has to offer.
From humble beginnings starting to DJ with home CD players and a simple mixer
doing mobile gig it has been a long journey thus far.
Starting to DJ for friends and family at age 11 getting the basic of song
selection and programing he moved into the nightclub scene at just 16.
With the council from local talented DJ’s such as DJ Duano and DJ Tonyc he was
able to further his craft.
He then went on to DJ at nightclubs and events all around San Antonio.
With a resume of over 20 nightclubs and even more events he continues to grow
and expand.
Inspired by the open house party format energized by electronic music every set
and show is something different and powerful.
For is first half of his career he operated under the name DJ Power Up only recently
changing it into DJ AU. With just a bit of a visual gold obsession it also
speaks to what he strives to be in any aspect of his career. Gold
