A New Orleans Native & U.S Army Veteran, Definition Dj 1 Tyme's love & knowledge of music spans literally around the world. From the traditional sounds of east coast hip hop to the hard hitting yet spiritually charged Punjabi sounds of Pakastan & India, there isn't many genres of music that this dj has not come in contact with. Being an "open format" dj allows Dj 1 Tyme to be an available option for potential clients that are not only looking for experienced djs but djs that are flexible enough in their abilities to switch, mash up, or alter any given genre or playlist set at any given time.
One of only 4 female djs selected to be a member of one of New Orleans' premier dj coalitions, The Definition DJs NOLA Chapter, Dj 1 Tyme has proven time and time again that her skill set not only rivals some of the best local djs haling from New Orleans but that she is being recognized and emerging as one of the most sought after, up and coming djs known to rock parties!
