DETOURE was born in the summer of 2014, when Niko, Sam, and Jersey discovered their Power Trio potential. These young musicians bond began three years ago when they met at School of Rock, West LA. Over the years, they have performed in many shows together and have had the honor of playing on such legendary LA stages such as The Troubadour, The Whiskey, and The Mint. They continue to study at School of Rock to deepen the breadth and scope of their music education, but no question, their passions are rehearsing, writing and performing together. When not rockin out, these guys love to ride roller coasters, fight with Nerf guns, watch movies, and laugh really hard at just about everything together. (***Update: Bassist Kali Flanagan is the newest member of Detoure. Jersey is currently on Broadway in School of Rock the Musical).
