Born in Toronto, Canada to Jamaican parents, Derwyn W. Stephenson II, aka Dean West, has always had a passion and hunger for music. Dean uses the art of rapping to bring this passion to life. He uses his music to express his thoughts and feelings about lifes situations. Dean is not afraid to tackle tough subjects and thoughts in his songs. His hope is that anyone can hear his message of hope and be blessed by it.
