Dave Wells got his start on the Boston music scene in the punk rock bands Ransom Note and The Scars. After 10 plus years of shows Dave began honing his skills and song writing through acoustic open mics which started turning into regular gigs and residencies.
For many years he held residencies at Bull McCabe’s showcasing ex-rock band solo acoustic songwriters featuring some of the best Boston had to offer like Lenny Lashley of Darkbuster and Mark Lind of the Ducky Boys.
Dave has continued to play through the years, delivering passionate performances where he lays it all on the line through his honest lyrics and delivery. Fans easily pick up on the catchy hooks and often sing along. It’s all from the heart!
