Introducing, Dasianae (Day-zhuh-nay)...

A soulful upcoming artist, originally from Gary, Indiana…

In her 8th grade year, she auditioned for Gary, Indiana’s "Wirt/Emerson Performing Arts School", for the vocal and drama department, was accepted for both [vocal and drama], but unfortunately had to move to another district and transfer to a non-performing arts school.
Fast Forward, a year later she was fortunate enough to get a last minute audition with "Barbara Ingram School for the Arts (BISFA)" high school in Hagerstown, Maryland. The audition, lasting only about 5 minutes, landed Dasianae a spot in the BISFA vocal department and she spent her freshman year there. While her pursuit of a musical career was uppermost in her mind, she decided she wanted to graduate a year early and switched to a traditional school to accomplish that. Throughout her high school years and beyond, Dasianae recorded with her uncle, “J:M.A.C.”, creating art that is now being released to the world. 

Dasianae has taken the bull by the horns to deliver something fresh, something new, to the Electro/Pop music world. The first release, “Reset”, is just a taste of what Dasianae has in store. "A box isn't a place for me to reside. With the the release of "Reset”, you get a feel of R&B and Pop mixed smoothly into one.” This single shows one of her many faceted sides. 

Steady challenging herself to write original songs, she’s been practicing ever since she was a little girl. She enjoys expressing herself in her own way, from her heart…And with her own personal release, ”Fall”, you get to journey inside of Dasianae’s musical realm.

With a love for "good music” that’s not limited to one genre, Dasianae reveals her inspirations; Aaliyah, Lauryn Hill, Tiffany Evans, Sade, Stevie Wonder, and many more. Although, inspired by many others, she has her own unique sound.

Dasianae’s goal is to spread love, truth, and life…and intends to plant seeds of good in the hearts of people who hear her music.
