Given that Ulster County has an exhausting number of musicians in all genres, we narrowed the selection down to rock, folk, and R&B, local favorites, and some new arrivals. 13. Darling Czar
Experimental garage/indie rock with a cello and several male and female vocalists. Darling Czar is a New York based indie rock band featuring seven members, five singers, four songwriters, male & female vocals, and an orchestral section. Notorious for their energetic live antics, Darling Czar's music pulls from several diverse genres, including chamber pop and garage rock, to form a cohesive and distinct brand of indie rock that is simultaneously infectious and invigorating.
