Crooked Moon is an genuinely creative mixture of high caliber musicians. Blending original song-crafting, funkdified grooves, and wide open full tilt jamming. Crooked Moon has been connecting with the Chicagoland music scene since 2007. The songs that you hear in each and every show are a mixture of originals written by members of the band as well as covers from some of their favorite musicians. Crooked Moon features the soulful voice of Scott Grant, the hypnotic tones of drummer Chris Angelos, the thump of Steve Lane, and the wicked sounds of Steven Grant.
Since 2013, Crooked Moon has been the house band at Teddy O'Brian's in Highwood, IL performing weekly. In addition, throughout the years, Crooked Moon has brought their ultra fun party to the Cubby Bear, Double Door, Durty Nellies, The Alley, Highwood Days, Rock the Bluff, and the Lake County Fair to just name a few.
