"I’m really digging a lot on the crunchy guitar riffs that the list is heavy with this week, so if you’re looking for something with a little edge, some of these artists might have exactly what you’re craving." - Adam Marx

Bio
Cherry Water is alternative rock featuring female lead vocals, heavy rhythms, brooding guitars, and emotive lyrics. The EP "Stones" was recorded by Jimmy Nutt and Cody Simmons at the Grammy-producing NuttHouse Studio in Sheffield, AL. It was mixed and mastered by Jimmy Nutt, who also co-produced alongside Tony White.
Cherry Water has been compared to artists including Evanescence, Veruca Salt, and Paramore. "Stones" is a proper introduction to the band's varied influences, which contain elements of alternative, pop, folk, and southern rock. A refreshing taste of honesty and grit, via lilting vocals atop an intermittent distortion, is a recipe that is satiating the radio waves.
