Bio
American singer/songwriter Cereus performs genre-blurring R&B influenced by neo-soul, blues, and jazz. Her 1st single "Intentions" from her upcoming EP "Vulnerable Goddess" was released in 2018. She has now released the second single from the EP titled, "Regrets." Cereus represents self-love while facing the challenges of everyday life. Born Tanetra Austin of Birmingham, Alabama was raised in a musical family and started her musical journey at a young age as a song writer. She has written and produced jingles for different businesses in the Birmingham area. She is inspired by Billie Holiday, Outkast, The Fugees, Sade, and Erykah Badu.
