Bio
Performing is something that has always come naturally for me. I remember being told that when I was a toddler in the late 90s I would write songs and ask my family members to watch me perform. From then on I started remixing nursery rhymes and began to visualize my life as a professional musician.
By the time I was in junior high school around 2007 I was religiously writing lyrics and mowing lawns to create enough revenue to buy studio equipment. I started consistently releasing songs, performing in as many talent shows as I could, free styling for people at football games, cowriting songs for a few friends, and doing everything I could to get my foot into the industry.
I began taking music classes in school to attempt to deepen my understanding of music. I learned to play the Trumpet, took music theory and composition. Around this time I started to gain local recognition as an artist.
In 2017 I booked my first official studio session and started to perform just about every weekend in various bars and venues in Michigan and Indiana. Examples being, The Loft, Macs Bar, Whites Bar, Reidy's Pizza in Lansing MI, Loft ADIQ Ultra Lounge, Carls Tavern, in Gary IN.
I got my first big opportunity in August 2018 opening for Ace Hood. In January 2019 I got to open for Jarren Benton on his Yuck Fou tour. April 2019 I got to open up for Tom Macdonald and Nova Rockafeller. December 2019 I got to open up for Odd Squad Family.
After getting many show opportunities I decided to focus on making an album. Simultaneously the pandemic happened stopping me from doing shows. April 3, 2020 I released my first album titled "#HowFarCanIGo." Because I could no longer continue to record or shoot videos comfortably with the team of engineers and videographers I had met over the two years prior to, I decided to build my own production company to ensure that I never have to stop releasing content again.
In the last four months I have released three EP's, and ten remixes totaling 29 songs. My Sneaky Link 2.0 Remix ended up going viral on Soundlcoud with over 33,000 plays. In the coming months I have multiple EP's, remixes, and music videos releasing, as well as a performance slot during SXSW on 6th Street in Austin Texas.
