It was no more than a week ago that Brolly appeared in our vision, but sometimes all you need is one listen to understand that an artist is creating something truly special. Comparable to the sounds of bands like Coldplay and Death Cab for Cutie, Brolly's “Wolfe” EP is a stellar introduction to their gorgeous brand of ambient rock. Blazing through the Underground with Radio 1's new music overlord.

At Latitude Festival, Benjamin Francis Leftwich told me about a band called Brolly. They're from Yuba City California, and gave Ben a demo at a gig of his. You could describe them as four young men with pain in the their hearts. Like, melodic pains, not stabbing pains. Their Hollow Home rd track is stunning. It has a certain Bon Iver style of beauty to it. - NME
