Brian Edward

Originally from Jupiter, Florida, Brian Edward creates a vibrant and refreshing mix of rock and country music stemming from his life experiences and those of others. Starting his first band, Copperhed, at the age of 12 singing lead vocals and playing lead guitar on classic rock covers at various parties and venues, as well as some first attempts at songwriting. Through high school he began his second project Horseshoes and Handgrenades where Brian was able to further hone his skills playing and writing music. Once moving to college he was singing covers and originals with various acts and for solo acoustic shows, but his most regular gig was at a small Presbyterian church as one of the worship leaders. After joining the Navy and moving to California, he joined Flathead Sixx, a cover band in Escondido to play covers and have some fun while he focuses the rest of his attention at recording and booking shows to perform his music for the world. 

His major influences: Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Aerosmith (among many other classic legendary artists), combined with an upbringing in a southern home bring forth driving and catchy guitar riffs, accompanied by meaningful and powerful lyrics. Brian's acoustic representation of cover tunes shows to the true nature of his creativity and musicianship. Brian catches the attention of any crowd or passer-by with a charismatic presence that peaks their curiosity as to the nature of this pleasant young artist. His dynamic and commanding voice sings through emotions that arise in everyone, and its easy to tell that this is his predestined mode of expression. It is truly delightful, his 20 years of experience shows both on stage and in the studio. 

Release of his first album in August 2019 held several noteworthy singles demonstrating his natural talent in songwriting. Also active on social media, his original and cover songs have grabbed the attention of quite a few followers and fans. Constantly writing and recording, we should expect new good material from Brian Edward very soon. Currently residing in Orange County, California, he serves in the Navy and is continually pursuing new outlets and venues to perform and share his musical works with the community.
