Bio
Brethren Hogg has played in and around the New Orleans metal scene since their live debut in 2020. The band combines the sludge and grind of bands like Crowbar and Neurosis with elements of thrash and prog a' la Death and Mastodon; topped off with the darkest moments of Alice In Chains.
Both their 2021 self titled debut and most recent album, Relative Swine, were recorded in New Orleans at Hightower Studios by James Whitten (Eyehategod, THOU)
In the summer of 2023 the band hit the road for the first time, taking in a tour of Texas and the Southeast.
All signs point to a third album being released by the end of 2024.
