Bio
Brent is from Denton Texas, now in Wisconsin where he plays with drummer Brian Ford and bass player Paul Emerson. Brent has written songs for Colin Boyd and Bonnie Whitmore who got a Grammy listing for her take of his song Hand of God. He has songs in the movie Partners in Crime, has been featured at SXSW, and the Kerrville Folk Festival, played PBS' Texas Music Cafe, and performed across the US and the UK over the last decade, opening for virtually every well known name in Texas Americana, Nashville alt-country. Music critic Paddy Fineran says "This cat is a troubadour...like Lyle Lovett, Robt Earle Keene, and Joe Ely..." Add a screamin electric guitar to that and you get the idea.
