Bound By Years is an American Metal band based in Lakewood, Colorado that has been playing since 2015. The band members consists of Bucky Ward (guitarist), Chance Douglas (bassist), Dennis Schaudt (drummer), Johnny “Thrash” Farley (guitarist) and Chase Baggett(vocalist) who are humble, enthusiastic and passionate musicians. Bound’s sound is a unique mix somewhere between Chimaira and Killswitch Engage with other influences such as Slipknot, Pantera, HellYeah, and Lamb of God. The band has had the opportunity to be opening acts for Hemlock, Motograter, Hed Pe, Davey Suicide, Media Solution, and the Veer Union. BBY also has the privilege to be the local support for Soulfly and Nile this May at Herman’s Hideaway. At the moment, Bound By Years is working on a new EP titled “Into the Nature of Things”; which will be released early this summer.
