Boombox Poets was founded in 2010 by the singers Mike Burch and Josh French and comes from the South End of Louisville, Kentucky.
With
the band members Anthony Slack (guitar), Antonio Edward [2010 - 2019] (bass) and Sean Bush [2019 - now] (bass), Animal Tom (drums, vocals) and Jake Buckley (keyboard) combine Boombox Poets Hip Hop / Rap with a strong influence of rock, metal, blues and funk.
In the style of artists such as Linkin Park, Rage Against The Machine and The Beastie Boys, bring Boombox Poets produce a musical attack that is aggressive and creative. Following the success of the 2016 EP of the same name "Boombox Poets" and the hit single / -video "Mirror" is Boombox Poets ready to conquer the world.
