Richmond, Virginia's own Big No Aka Northside No is a new artist with a very bold voice that separates him from your average DMV artist .
Born and raised in Richmond he embodies a Richmond culture that hasn’t be displayed to the world yet, which is the reason why he is determined not to be heavily influenced in other cities sound. Hoping to showcase what his hometown has to offer.
Started doing music at very young age from being a musician ( drummer) to started a rap group in 2004 with his brothers known as Get Real. Unfortunately before they could have a real chance they all ended up incarcerated. No being the last to be arrested was sentenced to 4 years sin the state pennitury. Coming home with a determination to follow his dreams and aspirations to be artist .
Since being released he has dropped 2 projects a collaboration project “Fawk yo Buzz" with his cousin another Richmond artist Lil Ville and recently releasing his first solo project “Junkie Lives Matter" featuring hits like “Drownin”, “Fuck wit da Real", and locally viral “Favorite Baby Daddy". His voice is bold and unduplicated being able to perfectly go back and forth from a raw heavy voice to melodic auto tune that cuts through tracks. His message is purely his life, raw and unfiltered. Topics ranging from cockiness , and pain to not being afraid to show his weakness in relationships, he covers it all.
His performance is one of his major strengths. Being able to interact with the crowd with no signs of timidness off pure adrenaline when on the stage . He has performed in front of 10,000 people via opening up for Cardi B and Plies and also the likes of Moneybagg Yo, Young Money Yawn, Jaquees and others. Showcasing a seasoned performance.
