Ben Traverse is a traditional folk singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and member of the Earthwork Music Collective with deep roots in Michigan. After attending a music camp taught by the likes of May Erlewine, Joshua Davis, Seth Bernard, and many other prominent forces in the West/Northern Michigan music scenes, Ben found his passion steeping himself in the rich tradition of folk music. Drawing inspiration from Pete Seeger, the Clancy Brothers, Doc Watson, and countless others, Traverse brings a unique, youthful enthusiasm to an old and rich musical tradition.
