Pearce’s obsession with music began at age 14 when his high school band Clod Hopper was selected to perform at Lollapalooza 1994, during the surf punk explosion of the nineties he played in bands and put on shows with would be Girls bassist, JR ‘Chet’ White. Today Pearce has put on a number of shows for notable artists including L7, Yacht, Youth Brigade, The Microphones, The Blow and The Shaky Hands. He has contributed to albums for the popular Portland group Euromotion as well as the Holy Mountain Record’s release Zdrastvootie 2. Over the past eight years he’s resided in San Francisco where he’s consistently gigged and recorded with rock band Windham Flat, joining bills with acts including Maccauley Culkin’s Pizza Underground.
