Bio
All female political punk band formed in Denver, CO. Frontwoman and guitarist, Suze Slade, teamed up with bassist and vocalist, Judy Porter-Bosco, and drummer, Beatriz "Betty the Beet" Romero, to create Battle Pussy to allow relief from the current political climate created in 2016. Suze writes the majority of the songs that range from singing about Trump to supporting the community of Standing Rock. Judy also writes for Battle Pussy adding songs that are more personal experiences as a woman today. Battle Pussy's influences range from the Sex Pistols, The Dead Milkmen, Dead Kennedys and NoFx to Bob Dylan and early protest songs.
